Our New Furniture

The furniture has been delivered by José and Rori, two very obliging young men who made sure everything was assembled properly, no mean feat since they were working in difficult conditions before the air condition had been installed. The truck you see was full to the back door.

Pub style dining overlooking the ocean.
We are very pleased with the furniture. It is difficult (for me anyway) to visualize how a thing is going to look once it is in place. I have no flair for decorating.
I think the pictures speak for themselves. I done good!

Enjoying the new loveseats with a friend (yes, that's the ocean in the background)

More next time.

Unbelievable Morning Views

Went out at 6:30 AM this morning to our beach.  See the picture for both the left and the right.  Not a soul on the beach, had a wonderful walk with my wife.  Then a great cup of Panamanian coffee on our front deck overlooking Panama's Best Beach.

Temperature perfect this morning.  A fresh crop of mushrooms has sprung up overnight right on the edge of the beach.  Go figure....
You gotta see this place ------

Panama's newest marina

Introducing
Marina Las Lajas

Another first for Las Lajas International!   Property developer Larry Traw today introduced the new Marina Las Lajas.

Pictured below is the new road connecting the marina to the development! The marina will have 62 full service water slips and on land dry storage for another 200 boats.

Marina

Reservations are being taken now for the 62 slips. A Deposit will guarantee you up to a 35 year lease with 5 year renewal periods.

On land dry storage will begin shortly. A fenced in, secure, monitored compound will offer insured storage with on site servicing and launch service. Rates are extremely competitive.

This is the only Marina in the Las Lajas area, which is the gateway to some of the best sports fishing in the entire world. One of the local myths is that lots of people go to Costa Rica for sports fishing and the charters go out from there and promptly cross into Panamanian waters for the best fishing. We now can put your boat front and centre for superior enjoyment.

Contact Donaldo at 250 595 5974  now to discuss your requirements and involvement in our exciting new marina project.
